The company was established in Orange County, California in 1996 to serve low-income and disadvantaged communities in Southern California. Since that time, Clearinghouse CDFI has expanded its service area to include Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Indian Country throughout the United States.
Our Mission:
Clearinghouse CDFI provides economic opportunities and improves the quality of life for lower-income individuals and communities through innovative and affordable financing that is unavailable in the conventional market.
Our Product:
We finance direct loans for affordable housing, community facilities, small businesses, and commercial real estate. Loan types include: construction, acquisition, renovation, expansion, and refinance. Clearinghouse CDFI offers both short and long-term permanent, fixed-rate mortgages from 3-years to 30-years fully amortizing.
